As disharmonies manifest in the energetic and emotional bodies before actualising in the physical plane, I use Emotional Clearing to gain deeper insight into the underlying energetics of the body.  Emotional Clearing is a tool that uses muscle testing to find & release the emotions & limitations that shape your behaviour and your choices.  Emotional Clearing is also extremely useful to uncover the beliefs and energetic blockages that keep your body locked in certain patterns of pain and disharmony.  It is a potent way to resolve and clear emotions from within both the energetic and the physical bodies. 

Using muscle testing, we 'ask' the body whether there is an emotional component to a particular physical complaint.  If this tests positive, we then muscle test further to identify which particular emotion is involved.  Gently holding points on the relevant meridian system, we bring the emotion and the pattern into conscious awareness.  The combined process of holding the release points and consciously feeling however that emotion has been anchored into the physical body allows it to move and be released.
